What kind of photograph you need to make a portrait/ artwork?
We prefer a soft copy of the photograph sent through e-mail only, preferably the original image taken with a good camera i.e. not copied from WhatsApp/Facebook. In case the image is found inappropriate, we shall contact you.
Will the portrait consist the background by default?
Artwork made does not consist of the background by default. Detailed background is chargeable extra depending on the intricacy of the photograph.
Do you share the image of the artwork with us before physical shipping?
We keep it a surprise and deliver it directly to the destination. However, we make sure the quality matches the quality of artworks posted on our website.
Who decides Landscape/ Portrait mode for my picture?
Landscape/Portrait mode is chosen by the artist based on his knowledge and experience and the decision is considered final.
Is the detailing taken care of while portraying wedding images?
Wedding photographs or the ones demanding significantly more work in detailing will have an extra charge depending on the intricacy of the photograph.
On what size do you make portraits?
We make portraits / artwork in A3 size (42cms X 30cms), A2 size (60cms X 42cms) and A1 size (84cms X 60cms). However, we can work on any size as per the demand. Prices will vary with the size.
Shipping, Packaging & Framing Questions
Do you provide any gift wrap? If yes, any extra charges?
Yes. We provide gift wrap at no extra cost, it’s totally free.
How is the order packaged before shipping?
The order is delivered in hardboard packing, but without any framing. We ensure that the packaging is completely water-proof and stress proof. All portraits are packaged well to look presentable. 🙂
Do you guarantee date specific delivery?
We do not promise to deliver on the exact date asked by you as shipping is done by third party. However, we do take grace days considering any delays from the courier company’s side so that the shipment is delivered around the specified date.
Do you deliver Worldwide?
Yes, we deliver almost everywhere across the globe. Delivery charges may vary outside India.
How is the shipping done?
Shipping is done through the third parties like FedEx, DHL, Delhivery, etc. Deliveries are subject to weather conditions and other unforseen conditions.
Do you deliver in Villages or Remote areas?
Yes. We deliver worldwide, but the delivery time may vary from place to place.

When should I place an order?
An order should be placed preferably 7-10 days in advance. However, we may take orders on urgent basis also, but only after checking the address and other details.
How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred art medium, size of the portrait and no of faces/subjects in the image.
